La compa\u00f1\u00eda asegura en un comunicado que \u00abla oferta de Prosus infravalora significativamente a la compa\u00f1\u00eda y sus atractivos activos\u00bb.<strong> Desde Prosus aseguran que su intenci\u00f3n es inyectar \u00abuna inversi\u00f3n sustancial\u00bb en Just Eat para ayudarla a seguir creciendo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La oferta de Prosus llega solo d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de que Just Eat decepcionara al mercado con sus resultados.<\/p>\n<p>El crecimiento de sus ingresos se desaceler\u00f3 hasta 25% en el tercer trimestre de 2019, respecto al 30% del mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior.
